Terms of Service

Payment​

1. Payments are in EUR only.

2. Payments are via PayPal only.

3. Payment is required before the start of the commission.

4. No payment refunds will be made upon starting the commission.

5. The client understands that no physical item is associated with any of the commissions.

6. Requested changes upon initial approval may result in additional charges.

Copyright

1. Emote & Sub badge commissions may not be printed, sold as merchandise or used for any other commercial use outside of their intended purpose (e.g. subscription rewards on Twitch, etc.).

2. The artist reserves the rights to publish the artworks on their social media and websites.

3. In cases where the commission contains copyrighted content (e.g. from video games / anime / etc.), it falls under discretion of the client. In other words, the artist will not be liable for actions taken against the client due to copyright infringement.

4. In cases where the client uses the commissioned artworks anywhere, it must be credited and linked to the artist’s Twitter page (@KortrexArts).

5. You are not permitted to claim my artworks as your own and use it for commercial products if no commercial rights were purchased.

6. It is allowed to crop my artworks for personal usage, such as profile pictures.

Timeframe

1. Commissions may be completed within 1 week – 2 months, depending on their complexity.

2. Each commission will receive an ETA upon receiving the payment.

3. Start date is dependent on my current workload and schedule.

4. The client will be updated on the status of the commission at each stage.

Revision​

1. Revision will only be allowed until the sketch is approved.

2. After the final stage of the commission, only minor changes can be requested.
